Your feet have lots of bones, ligaments, and tendons that can get hurt or develop disorders!

Have you ever thought about how much work your feet do every day? Really, think about it for a second. The average American takes just over 5,000 steps per day. The impact of a jump exerts a lot of pressure on the feet. Most sports or physical activities heavily involve the use of feet and ankles.

Clearly, your feet bear quite a burden. That’s why it’s important to learn how to recognize foot disorders, so you can get them treated in their early stages.

Whether it’s an injury from an activity or a condition that slowly develops over time, Kansas City Foot Specialists’ Foot Disorder Library encompasses a variety of conditions you can learn to recognize, including:

  • Arthritic foot problems
  • Foot conditions in children
  • Toenail problems
  • Bone problems
  • Muscle, tendon, and ligament problems… and so much more!
